These terms explain how visitors may use No Mark Remediation, its listing pages, editorial content, and correction channels.
Clause 01
Using the directory
Visitors may browse the directory, compare public-source listing details, read editorial guidance, and contact us about corrections for lawful personal or business use.
Visitors may not scrape, overload, copy at scale, interfere with, or misuse the site, forms, source data, or technical infrastructure.
Clause 02
Informational content only
No Mark Remediation does not certify providers, guarantee service availability, promise cleanup outcomes, or verify private technician credentials.
Mold remediation decisions can affect property, safety, insurance, and indoor-air quality. Confirm scope, containment, testing, pricing, and credentials directly with the provider before booking.
Clause 03
Public-source limitations
Listing content is based on public records available at the time of review. Business hours, phone numbers, websites, ratings, and service scope can change without notice.
A detected signal means a public source mentioned that topic. It does not mean every technician performs that service on every job.
Clause 04
Corrections and editorial discretion
We welcome correction requests backed by public evidence. We may reject promotional copy, private documents, unverifiable claims, or language that overstates credentials or health outcomes.
We reserve the right to edit, remove, noindex, or update pages when evidence is thin, stale, duplicated, or outside the directory scope.
Clause 05
Third-party links and liability
Profiles may link to company websites, Google Maps, phone numbers, or other external resources. Those third parties operate independently and are responsible for their own services, policies, and representations.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, No Mark Remediation is not responsible for indirect loss, property damage, business interruption, provider conduct, or decisions made from relying on third-party information.
