No Mark Remediation is an independent editorial directory for mold remediation companies. We organize public records so homeowners can ask better questions before a crew enters the house.
01 · Source separation
We separate public facts from claims.
Each listing starts with Google Maps contact data and then looks for public-source signals such as written inspection reports, containment language, protective equipment, water-damage restoration, mold testing, and IICRC references.
Official-site evidence, Google Maps facts, and customer quotes are treated as different source types. A statement from a company site is not mixed with a customer review, and neither is turned into a guarantee.
02 · Conservative language
We avoid fear-based health copy.
Mold can affect indoor air quality, but this directory does not diagnose illness, promise health outcomes, or label any crew as medically endorsed. Health-related language is handled only as public record context.
When evidence is thin, the page says so plainly. Thin listings remain available for comparison but should be verified by phone before scheduling.
03 · Editorial ownership
Our Editorial Team reviews the directory.
No Mark Editorial maintains the site structure, page templates, correction workflow, and public-source interpretation rules. The directory does not sell leads, does not rank companies by payment, and does not claim to certify providers.
Corrections are reviewed against public evidence. If a company wants a record updated, we ask for the relevant listing URL and official evidence that a visitor can verify.
