White Glove Service: For an extra layer of care, our premium White Glove Service is available in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Georgia. With White Glove Service, your product is delivered directly to you by hand, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition, without the worry of damage.

Local Pickup: If you’re nearby, you can choose to pick up your order directly from our warehouse in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. This option is ideal for those who want to save on shipping costs and receive their products faster.

Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method ensures your products are delivered promptly and securely. Most orders are shipped within the continental United States, with delivery times ranging from 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Freight Shipping: For larger orders, we utilize freight shipping to handle the weight and size of your products efficiently. Freight shipping includes curbside delivery, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

Shipping Times: All shipping methods are processed within 2-3 business days, with estimated delivery times provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location.

Shipping Policy

At Nomarkk, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for all our valued customers. Please review the following information to understand our shipping process:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Some orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order value, weight, and destination.

Delivery Time: Standard delivery times range from 5-10 business days, depending on the destination and product availability. Some orders may take longer, and specific delivery timelines will be provided during the order process.

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it arrives at your designated address.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

Damaged Shipments: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim. Include photos of the damaged packaging and items.

 

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nomarkk. If for any reason you are not, please review our returns policy:

Eligibility for Returns: Returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Most items are returnable as long as they are in the same condition they were received, including the original packaging. Please be careful with your measurements, as incorrect measurements are not grounds for a return without fees.

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all accepted returns, plus the freight charge for the return. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship your item back to us. For returns, including those due to user error, the refund will be issued minus the restocking fee and return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. 

Refunds: If your product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing error or if the product was damaged during shipping, we will provide a full refund at no charge to you. In such cases, we will also cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis to the original method of payment. 

User Error: If a return is needed due to user error (such as incorrect measurements), the customer may return the item, pay the restocking fee and shipping costs, and we will send out a replacement item. The replacement will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Any additional charges associated with change will be confirmed prior to shipping.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products, personalized items, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
