Important Stain Information

Nomarkk is not responsible for improper staining or painting techniques used to finish a raw topper. We strongly suggest spraying a professional-grade, pre-catalyzed lacquer, from brands such as Gemini, Mohawk, ML Campbell, and Acroma Pro. Wiping Stains, such as Minwax, are not recommended and we highly suggest using a professional product and method. Wiping stains can cause inconsistent staining during the application of the stain. Wood filler, pin nails, knots, mineralization, and multi-dimensional graining are commonly used in our build methods and are not considered defects.

Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method ensures your products are delivered promptly and securely. Most orders are shipped within the continental United States, with delivery times ranging from 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Freight Shipping: For larger orders, we utilize freight shipping to handle the weight and size of your products efficiently. Freight shipping includes curbside delivery, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order is considered final and return fees will apply.

Delivery & Returns

WHITE GLOVE SERVICE

Items are delivered to your room of choice by appointment, then unpacked and fully assembled by a skilled two-person team. Includes packaging removal and recycling Fee varies by location and order total. (Doorstep delivery does not include assembly)

FLAT RATE DELIVERY

An unlimited number of eligible furniture and select non-furniture items can be delivered for one flat rate per shipping address. Your order will ship when all items are ready for delivery. Fee varies by location and order total.

RETURN POLICY

You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving an order or 7 days for Quick Ship upholstery items for a refund of the merchandise value. Made-to-Order furniture is not eligible for returns.
