Products & Services
Nomarkk offers a range of custom and semi-custom cabinet toppers for kitchens and bathrooms. All products are made to order and are crafted to meet the specific requirements provided by the customer.
Ordering
When you place an order with Nomarkk, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. All orders are subject to acceptance by Nomarkk, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices for products do not include taxes or shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout. We make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept various forms of payment as indicated on our website. Your order will not be processed until payment has been received.
Shipping & Delivery
Lead Times: All lead times provided are estimates and subject to change based on production schedules and demand. Custom orders may extend lead times.
Shipping: We offer shipping within the continental United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Damage During Shipping: It is your responsibility to inspect all deliveries upon arrival. If Nomarkk is damaged, we will gladly supply you with a replacement. Please be sure to indicate damage on the bill of lading from the shipping company.
Delivery Delays: Nomarkk shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by acts of God, strikes, accidents, traffic, natural catastrophes, or other unforeseen delays.

Returns & Cancellations
Custom Orders: All custom order sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders.
Order Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, the order is considered final and return fees will apply.
Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

User Responsibilities
Nomarkk is not a contractor and does not perform or contract for the installation of any products it sells. Users are responsible for the proper installation and care of the products, including regular cleaning. While our products are of high quality, natural wear and tear may occur over time, as is common with all cabinets.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Nomarkk website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and software, is the property of Nomarkk or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You must not, without permission:
- Republish material from Nomarkk.com
- Sell, rent, or sublicense material from Nomarkk.com
- Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Nomarkk.com
- Redistribute content from Nomarkk (unless content is specifically made for redistribution).
